Hi! I'm working on an exciting new project and I need your help!

I'm currently collecting stories about life in Newtown & Enmore - in relation to these buildings that I've illustrated. I'm not after the historical facts about the building. I want to hear more recent stuff, from people who were there.  Anecdotes about true stories that happened, like these quotes from Newtown locals... "we used to smoke in the lane behind Betta Meats - 1992" ; "I went to a wild party in the flat above this shop"; "I was having coffee here and saw Elton John go past in a car!". That sort of thing. It doesn't matter the topic or the year, but it must be true - and the more typically Newtown, the better.
